This was my 1st time here. The service was good. Everything was clean, and the seating had wide chairs that were comfortable. We both got the burger combos. Mine mushroom Swiss and the other was the biggest burger they offer! Kinda on the $$$ side, but I did not care once we were enjoying our delicious burgers and an abundance of fries!

The cashier was nice. The food was awesome! I got a cheese steak which was really good, this far from Philly. The Coca Cola Freestyle was out of a lot of drink options and the restaurant had the fans on in the dining area making it a little chilly.

The woman that took my order was so sweet, the whole place was so cleaned! They even had the sauces on the side to self serve! will definitely be coming back!! Definitely one of the cleanest WNB ive been too!

I come to this establishment often and the staff is always so nice! The food is made fresh and never disappoints! The last time I visited, I had a mistake made with my order and Ms. Grace was happy to fix it for me! Customer service goes a long way and speaks volumes! That keeps the customer coming back and I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat!

We LOVE their burgers, boneless wings and fried rice! Best fried rice in all of Winder The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. They always seem happy to have your business and I love that in an establishment. We can go anywhere and spend our money. Some places make you feel like they are doing you a favor. Not here. Smiles all the way around and the food is on point every single time! All big wins in my book

This was the first time I've eaten at the Winder location. It was clean upon entering the establishment and the staff greeted us as soon as we walked in. We ordered our food, and it came out hot and fresh and was delicious. I would recommend WNB Factory for lunch or dinner. I might go back and eat there today
